Can I use the seed phrase from United Network in other wallets?

No, we do not recommend it. The seed phrase in United Network is unified across all blockchains within the United Network card. In third-party wallets, using the same seed phrase may display a different address.

If I lose or damage my card, how can I restore it?

You will need to purchase a new card and import the seed phrase from your previous card.

Under what circumstances is the card blocked, and how can I restore it if it has been blocked?

The card is blocked after 8 unsuccessful PIN entry attempts. You can restore the card using the seed phrase that you recorded or saved when setting up the card.

What is the purpose of the PIN code on the card?

The PIN code is used to sign transactions. It serves as a security measure to prevent unauthorized attempts to access or steal your funds.

Can I use this card to pay in regular stores?

This is a non-custodial card, so it doesn’t automatically work with traditional retail payment systems. However, if a store accepts cryptocurrency payments, they can integrate this capability to support transactions with our card. By default, though, it cannot be used directly in regular stores.

If I lose my card and the seed phrase, will I lose my funds?

Yes, since this is a fully non-custodial card, we cannot assist in recovering your wallet or funds if the seed phrase is lost. The seed phrase is the only way to restore access to your funds, so please keep it secure and stored safely.

Do I need an app for the card?

No, an app is not required. The card operates through web browsers that support FIDO and NFC protocols. We recommend using Chrome or Safari for the best experience. Some phone models and browsers may have limited support for these features.
