Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-returnable Items
Custom or personalized items, opened software, or digital products cannot be returned.
